As one of the UK's leading field visit businesses, the Group has and continues to provide nationwide field support to over 120 of the UK's high street banks, building societies and insurers.

  • PSP are able to offer a bespoke combination of both flexibility and scale, covering the whole of the United Kingdom.
  • Historically, PSP has completed over 300,000 visits to policy holders as part of the clients claims process, providing essential FNOL information e.g. photos, contextual video, siteplans and measurements etc.
  • PSP also made available 400 agents supporting a UK Government Agency during the pandemic collecting information and COVID test samples, something we are hugely proud of, as it was a significant logistical challenge.
  • PSP now also offer Firedoor Inspections as part of its range of services.

  • This includes the recruitment and oversight of Field Agents and their activities and we operate to exacting standards.
